The following product warranty covers all StockMaster Products.

Your StockMaster product comes witha 2-year product warranty. Click on the links below to register your warranty online or download a form and mail to us via post
Warranty Provider:
StockMaster products are manufactured by The Custom Ladder Company Pty Ltd (Australia) and are distributed and supported in Europe by Euroklim BV, our European group company.
All warranty claims within the European Union and UK are administered and fulfilled by Euroklim BV, acting as the authorised warranty provider for StockMaster products in this region.
Warranty Coverage:
If any part of the product proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within two (2) years from the date of original purchase, the Manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair or replace such defective part free of charge.
The Manufacturer’s liability under this product warranty is hereby limited to any one or more of the following: –
- Replacement of the product or the supply of equivalent product
- Repair of the product
- Payment of the cost of replacing the product or the supply of equivalent product; or
- In the case of services relating to the product:-
- Supply of the services again; or
- Payment of the cost of supply of the services again.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply to defect in the product arising from, but not limited to, incorrect assembly, misuse, neglect, overloading, shipping, transport, impact, unauthorised alteration or repair, accidental, environmental or intentional damage.
Proof of Purchase:
To make a claim under this warranty, proof of original purchase is required. Please retain your sales documentation for this purpose.
How to Obtain Warranty Service (Europe and the UK):
For warranty enquiries or service within Europe, please contact Euroklim BV, the authorised European distributor, who administers warranty claims on behalf of the Manufacturer. Alternatively, you may contact your original place of purchase for assistance.
Freight charges and loss or damage during transit are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Consumer Rights:
The benefits provided under this warranty are in addition to any statutory rights and remedies available to the purchaser under the applicable laws in the country of purchase.
